Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact details submitted through our contact form or chat widget lead form (name, email, phone, company, and message content).
• Conversation content when you use the Vertex AI Assistant.
• Information you provide when engaging us for IT support services, as covered separately in your service agreement.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as pages visited, general device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address, through privacy-conscious analytics tools.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or chat widget.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the AI assistant and website.
• To send service-related communications, such as confirming receipt of a request.
• To understand site usage in aggregate, in order to improve content and performance.

AI assistant & third-party processing

Messages you send to the Vertex AI Assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Do not share passwords, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive information in chat. Contact form and lead submissions are transmitted via Resend to deliver them to our team by email. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and chat lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, and delete or anonymize it thereafter unless a longer retention period is required by law or an active service agreement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

Vertex305's services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
